About Law Offices Of Rene Castellanos
Rene Castellanos is a graduate of PSJA High School in San Juan, Texas. He received his B.A. in 2001 from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas where he was a graduate of the University's Honors Program. After graduation, Rene Castellanos worked on Capitol Hill for Congressman Ruben Hinojosa where he served as a legislative assistant.
During his time on Capitol Hill, Rene Castellanos helped establish a mandatory Capitol Building Emergency Action Plan following the September 11, 2001 attacks.
Rene Castellanos subsequently enrolled in law school at Indiana University-Bloomington where he received his Juris Doctorate Degree in 2005. Rene Castellanos received exemplary honors including being named to the selective and prestigious Order of Barristers. When school was not in session, Rene Castellanos served as a summer associate for a respected defense firm of Adams and Reese, LLP in Houston, Texas and also served as a judicial clerk for U.S. District Judge Randy Crane in the Southern District of Texas.
Once licensed to practice law in 2005, Rene Castellanos quickly started his own law firm and began assisting injured victims hold negligent persons accountable for their actions. This included filing lawsuits and, when needed, prosecuting cases to verdict against some of the biggest businesses and insurance companies who were looking to avoid their respective obligations to society. An experienced trial attorney, Rene Castellanos has successfully tried many civil cases to verdict with favorable results for his clients.
